I was shocked when I first tried this perfume. I’ve always loved Perfect by Marc Jacob’s and I’ll tell you, I was NOT disappointed

I thought I’d write an appreciation post. My package was collected for me earlier since I had a late day planned. I finally came home about 10 minutes ago, unwrapped the package and was instantly pleased without even smelling the perfume yet.

The attention to detail in terms of securing customers long term is really well thought out and executed! When I saw the Thank You card I thought it was a nice gesture, and then I turned it around and saw a hand written note as well, it’s so simple yet it shows the value you place on your customers. Many places send email thanks you’s, or generic typed out ones but you guys took the time to hand write it which I assume you do with all your customers, that simple attribute is going to keep your customers coming back for me, I certainly for one will become a regular.. And then you added a sample perfume as well! Brilliant job guys, and then I finally smelled my perfume and it really completed the experience.
