COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING
We offer complimentary shipping on orders R750+
All orders are dispatched using BobGo Logistics and delivered by reputable courier companies such as Pargo Pickup Points, The Courier Guy, Fastway, and Ram.
Please ensure you select the option that suits you best when checking out.
LEAD TIME
We need 24 hours to pick and pack your order at our warehouse in KwaZulu-Natal.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAME*
We endeavor to deliver your parcel within 2-5 working days, though it often arrives sooner. Please note: Deliveries to rural areas may take slightly longer.
*Shipping lead times calculated from the time of dispatch.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
On dispatch, you will receive an email from our shipping provider with details of your waybill number & tracking link. You can click here to conveniently track your order from our website using your order number.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Once an order is confirmed online, it is immediately processed by our warehouse and shipping management system. For this reason, online orders may not be cancelled or changed after receipt of payment. After the dispatch of your goods, you may cancel/change the sale per the Returns Policy.
PLEASE NOTE
We are closed over weekends and public holidays. (So are our courier partners).
Orders placed over a weekend will be processed on a Monday.
Similarly, if we hand your parcel over to the courier companies on a Friday, they will only start processing it on Monday.
