The Zayya Journey: From the Wild Coast to Your Door

Because we are based in the beautiful, remote hills of Leisure Bay, we choose our logistics partners with care. To ensure your fragrance arrives safely and swiftly, we exclusively utilize Pargo Click & Collect.

While many door-to-door couriers struggle with the rugged terrain of the South Coast, Pargo collects from our studio daily. This means your parcel enters a world-class network immediately, with most customers reaching a pickup point within 48 hours of dispatch.

Shipping Rates

FREE Pargo Click & Collect: Available on orders over R550.
Standard Delivery Fee: A flat rate of R85 applies to all other orders.

Processing & Dispatch

We believe in "Slow Perfumery," but we move fast on logistics.

Handling Time: We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 working days. During busy seasonal periods, we may need an extra day to ensure everything is perfect.
Delivery Window: Most parcels arrive at your chosen Pargo point within 1–5 working days from dispatch.
Weekends & Holidays: Our studio and our courier partners take a break on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed with a fresh start on Monday morning.

Tracking Your Order

The moment your order is packed, you will receive an automated email with your unique waybill number and a tracking link so you can follow its journey from the coast to your collection point.

Important Details

Changes & Cancellations: Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it moves straight into our fulfillment system. For this reason, we cannot change or cancel orders once they are in progress.
Missing Parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please reach out to us at hello@zayya.co.za, and we will personally track it down for you.
Regional Focus: We currently only ship within South Africa.
