Shipping Rates

  • Pargo Click and Collect: Free on orders R600+

  • Standard Delivery Fee: R80


Processing & Dispatch

  • Handling Time: We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 working days. During busy seasonal periods, we may need an extra day to ensure everything is perfect.

  • Delivery Window: Most parcels arrive at your chosen Pargo Pickup Point or at your door within 1–5 working days from dispatch.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Our studio and our courier partners take a break on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed with a fresh start on Monday morning.


Tracking Your Order

The moment your order is packed, you will receive an automated email with your unique waybill number and a tracking link so you can follow its journey from the coast to your collection point.


Important Details

  • Changes & Cancellations: Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it moves straight into our fulfillment system. For this reason, we cannot change or cancel orders once they are in progress.

  • Missing Parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please reach out to us at hello@zayya.co.za, and we will personally track it down for you.

  • Regional Focus: We currently only ship within South Africa.
