We offer free shipping for all orders, irrelevant of the order amount, to any Pargo Pickup Point of your choice.

WHAT IS PARGO?

Pargo introduces a new and convenient way of parcel delivery to South Africans. While courier services have been the only option for customers shopping online, Pargo has set up a network of more than 4000+ pickup points in popular stores.

Customers can now order their shopping online and pick it up at a store close to their office or home when it suits them.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME (APPLIES TO DOOR-TO-DOOR AND PARGO PICKUP POINTS)

Orders placed by 9:00am dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 9:00am dispatch the following work day. Weekend orders will be processed on a Monday.

KWAZULU-NATAL & SURROUNDS  // 1-2 working days
MAIN CENTRES (JHB, DBN, PE, PTA) // 2-5 working days
OUTLYING AREAS // 5-10 working days

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

On dispatch, you will receive an email from our shipping provider with details of your waybill number & tracking link. You can also Click Here to track your order via our website.

COLLECTING YOUR PARCEL

Once your parcel arrives at your selected Pargo Pickup Point, you will receive a Pargo PIN via SMS. Simply take your ID and PIN and collect within 8 days or send a representative with a copy of your ID and PIN to collect on your behalf.

You have 8 days to collect your parcel from your selected Pargo Pickup Point, after which it will be returned to our Warehouse. Reshipping your parcel will attract a shipping fee of R85.00

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Once an order is confirmed online, it is immediately processed by our warehouse and stock management system. For this reason, online orders may not be cancelled or changed after receipt of payment. After the dispatch of your goods, you may cancel/change the sale per the Returns Policy.
