SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Rates
We offer two convenient delivery options across South Africa:
- Pargo Pickup: R85, or free on orders of R500 or more
- Door-to-Door Delivery: R110, or free on orders of R1000 or more
Your available delivery options and applicable rates will be displayed at checkout.
Processing & Dispatch
- Handling Time: We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 working days. During busy seasonal periods, we may need an additional day to prepare your order with care.
- Delivery Window: Most parcels arrive at your selected Pargo Pickup Point or delivery address within 1–5 working days from dispatch.
- Weekends & Public Holidays: Our studio and courier partners do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed from the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your waybill number and tracking link so you can follow your parcel on its journey to you.
Important Details
- Changes & Cancellations: Once your order has been confirmed and payment received, it moves into our fulfilment process. For this reason, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once processing has begun.
- Delayed or Missing Parcels: If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@zayya.co.za and we will assist in tracing your parcel.
- Delivery Area: We currently deliver within South Africa only.
