DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY & ORDERS BELOW FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD
Orders below the free shipping threshold, and Door-to-door deliveries are handled by BobGo Logistics, partnering with The Courier Guy, Fastway, Ram, Skynet, Internet Express, and Pargo Pickup Points. We offer this service on a transparent “we charge you what they charge us” basis.
Please ensure you select the delivery method that best suits your needs at checkout.
LEAD TIME
We aim to process orders within 1 working day, although we may take slightly longer at busy times. If you need your order urgently, just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAME*
We endeavor to deliver your parcel within 1-5 working days from the time of dispatch, though it often arrives sooner. Please note: Deliveries to rural areas may take slightly longer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
On packing, you will receive an email from our shipping provider with details of your waybill number & tracking link. You can click here to conveniently track your order from our website using your order number.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Once an order is confirmed online, it is immediately processed by our warehouse and shipping management system. For this reason, online orders may not be cancelled or changed after receipt of payment. After the dispatch of your goods, you may cancel/change the sale per the Returns Policy.
PLEASE NOTE
We are closed over weekends and public holidays. (So are our courier partners).
Orders placed over a weekend will be processed on a Monday.
Similarly, if we hand your parcel over to the courier companies on a Friday, they will only start processing it on Monday.
