Door-to-door delivery is charged at the courier rate — we simply pass on the delivery cost with no additional markup.
WHY WE RECOMMEND PARGO
Our studio is based in Leisure Bay, which many door-to-door couriers classify as an outlying area and therefore do not service daily. We have a dedicated service agreement with Pargo, who collects from our studio every working day. This helps ensure your order leaves us promptly and reaches you as quickly as possible.
LEAD TIME
We aim to process orders within 1–2 working days, although this may take slightly longer during particularly busy periods.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Most parcels arrive within 1–5 working days from dispatch. Deliveries to rural or outlying areas may take slightly longer.
